Lorenzetti is an avid outdoor sportsman. He
has been fishing and hunting since he was a little

As a freelance writer he has written many articles
related to his outdoor activities. Al also lectures
and conducts seminars for "The Fisherman"

Roger
was one of those fortunate kids be be born into a
family deeply involved with fishing and hunting. He
has been fishing since he was big enough to hold on
to a fishing pole. His father,
grandfathers and family friends taught him a wide
variety of techniques and tools for fishing. Growing
up in western New York State provided the backdrop
for a variety of fishing activities including
fishing the great lakes, finger lakes and many
rivers and streams. He also experienced several
years of freshwater and saltwater fishing in Florida
while growing up. His love of fishing took him to
Utah State where he earned a degree in Fisheries
Biology. Traveling and working extensively
throughout the western states Roger was able to fish
some of the finest trout rivers in the country.
During the summers the Green River in Utah and
Henry's Fork In Idaho were regular haunts.
Roger
relocated to Northern Ohio after graduation from
Utah State. Living only a few miles from the shores
of Lake Erie has proven a wise move. He won the
Ameritech walleye fishing tournament two years in a
row. He now enjoys recreational fishing on Lake Erie
with some of the finest walleye, smallmouth bass,
steelhead and perch fishing in the world. He also
takes advantage of the short drives to New York,
Pennsylvania and Michigan's fertile fishing waters.
Roger regularly vacations in the Bahamas, Belize,
Maine and Canada in search of a wide variety of
freshwater, offshore and flats fish species.
Roger
has a website called FishingResources.com ( http://www.fishingresources.com
) that provides links and information to fisherman.
You can find him on the water whenever his schedule
allows. As Roger puts it, any day on the water
fishing beats a day at work.
