Customer Service International Orders

Due to the fluctuation of shipping rates and the high incident of fraud, we regret to inform you Bigfishtackle.com will no longer be excepting International orders on our website. Because we value so many of the wonderful relationships we've had with our International customers, we are still excepting orders that meet the following criteria:

  • Call in orders Monday - Friday between the hours of
    8:00am - 5:00pm PST

  • Order must be a minimum of $400.00 not including additional shipping costs

  • Orders will ship via DHL only for your own protection and tracking capabilities

  • Must allow 10 - 15 days for processing

We sincerely apologize if this poses an inconvenience, as we do value your business. This decision was made with much deliberation. We are making efforts to streamline the International order department and may in the future re-incorporate ordering on-line.
