must have a phone and/or FAX number before we can ship your order.
You will be advised of actual shipping charges when you place your
order by phone. If you order by mail, please send 20% of the
merchandise value for shipping and handling. We will evaluate your
order weight and determine the most economic method of shipment.
If our calculations are less than the amount you have included
with your order, we will charge you the lower amount and refund
the difference.

Payment must be made
in United States funds (by cashiers check or money order),
American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa. Credit Card use
is suggested as the exchange rate is automatically calculated.

Duty and any other
import taxes are not prepaid. Products over 42" (106 cm) in
length cannot ship via surface. Non-insurable orders are the
customer's responsibility.

You must call or fax for return authorization before returning merchandise by an air carrier. Please contact us in a timely manner if you have a question regarding an order. Please refer to the information provided on the back of your invoice.

For the fastest service, a return should be made within 30 days of purchase and be accompanied by the purchase invoice. Returns after 30 days will be on an inspection basis. Just fill out the back of your invoice -- use the return label provided and send ground UPS or insured parcel post. Sorry, no COD will be accepted.
