Anyone know how to field dress a blue grouse, gambel's quail, or a mourning dove?

mourning dove, first you get the bird to hold still while you get out your barbie clothes ,lol no really just take the dove turn it breat side up and pull feathers off ,take tingers place under neck and pull breast comes off or you can use a knife. easy and your done.
