My wife took off for a prior engagement which allows me to cook for myself. What better then duck breasts and rainbow (she won't go near duck). Yeah, I know, I cook my duck breasts differently than 99% of others, but, -----------, maybe you guys will learn some day??? I pan fry em to rare. Salt and pepper along with a salsa sauce of choice over the duck along with the panko covered trout and a vegetable mix side dish ( about all of em that's in the ice box).
