Battleship report 3/23 the Wash
Got out a little late today 0800 till about 1130. Nice conditions water looking dark greenish. Wind started kicking up around 1100 on the paddle in.

Caught five mostly same size SB 18-20 inch and a shrimpy one that did not care that the lure was almost the same size as it.







Add one bass to the mix



No monsters but it was a good day for me.

I really can't compare fly vs tackle. I fish both but I do feel landing fish on the fly to be more rewarding. I think tackle will generally out fish the fly on many instances. Cant wait to get them on the surface popper.
