Logan River:

Logan River

From Logan, go northeast on Us 89

Rainbow, Cutthroat, Brown, and Brook trout.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd lower dams are stocked. Caddis patterns and panther martin spinners work well. Brown spawn during the fall is the best time to go.

you can put a toon on any of the three dams. 2nd dam is easiest, 3rd dam is easy also if you follow the tiny little brooke down to the river. i recomend not using a float tube on the third dam though, simply because it is a little shallower where you launch, and i have seen browns nesting there, in a toon you can atleast get your feet out of the water. anywho, there are some big browns in the 3rd damn if you paddle your way up river a little. also the water is gin clear.

Have you read my Blog? I hear it's getting better!

Hoppers with a troutmaster or pheasant tail dropper works really well Aug-late Sept from ricks springs up to franklin basin. You can also find a stretch of water where you have it all to yourself.
