Lake percent full
The following site tracks lakes and reservoirs in Utah as to percent full among other things. Very informative in this low-water year. Take a look.

Great info in the .pdf, I check the lake levels regularly at the link below. It is updated what looks to be daily for most lakes. Same info in a tea cup diagram.

I wonder how accurate this report is or how they measure capacity %? For instance, I was at one of the reservoirs that the report says was much lower than it actually was when I was there in mid Oct

Yeah, I saw some things I didn't understand, too. How can Steinaker be at negative 9%? Must be something I don't get about how they measure. The numbers correlate with the info on the site that Talyn shared, so I think it must be somewhat accurate. Maybe if you shared the particular body of water you are speaking of other members might be able to share what they know.

A number of bodies of water don't appear on either of these sites. Does anyone know of other sources that cover those? I'd like to know about Huntington (Mammoth) in particular.

Here is the web site for the Emery County reservoirs.
There is also some cameras on this site that are helpful to check.

Thanks for that. Mammoth at 17% and Cleveland at 22 doesn't sound too good. Hopefully we'll get a good amount of snow this winter.
