Hey I seen this price and thought Iíd pass it on. I have one of these tubes and use it backpacking and love it. So if youíre in the market itís a great price for a good ride. See photo for details. Jeff

If youíre interested PM me your email and Iíll forward the add for the tube.
Also Dicks has a 25% off everything today. So if youíre looking for a jigging jaw jacker base. $75 today. Got one on the way. Thatís my second one if that tells you anything. You do need a jawjacker also to go with this but itís a neat set up for ice fishing. Highly recommend this tool. Later Jeff

Hey Sportsmanís Warehouse has inflatable life jacket for $79 like $50 off so if you need one to stay safe in the boat or thin ice itís a great price. I got one a few years back and luckily Iíve never had it deploy but they arenít too bulky to wear so I actually use it. Later Jeff

Hey Fish USA has this fillet knife for $3.99. I got one and it is a great blade incredibly sharp. I nearly took the top of my finger off with it. So if you get one be careful but it fillets wonderfully and itís basically free. See below. Jeff

PS they have reels at 25% off too so the Okuma Ceymar baitfeeder is $44.

Sorry I was slow, it ended up $80 with tax but they had free shipping. I would have thought they would give you a break from the manufacturer. I think youíll be happy with them even for $20 more. I love my first one and looking forward to a second in the spread. Sometimes the jigger is the only rod catching fish. Later Jeff

Youíre welcome, only draw back with the knife is it doesnít have a sheaf to keep it safe. Be careful itís sure sharp. Donít think Iíve had a knife that fillets as nice as this one does. I hope the edge holds. Itís my new favorite. Later Jeff

Justin if they are for your boys, youíll have to really push knife safety they are really sharp and Iíd be nervous letting a young man use them alone. Make sure they donít do dumb stuff like I did. But that was a great buy. I should have gotten a replacement for when this one wears out. Good luck. Jeff

I bought my first jawjacker years ago. Can't wait to try the jigging part. I think I'll go up to Henry's this week because I have a new Hummingbird ice helex 5 I want to try also. They got a lot of snow up there and it's still snowing. Good thing I have my smitty sled. It doesn't look like it will be cold enough to freeze any waters down here for a while.

Hey I didnít know about this one till later in the day but Home Depot had a great sale on Milwaukee M18 tools. If you want a great drill to power your ice auger the Fuel model 2804 is incredible. Hard part is they make a ton of drills so finding this one takes some looking. I seen a kit of six tools for $299 it was drills saws torque driver and etc. I had been wanting the driver and saw and those two tools on sale were $260 so I considered the big set, but the Milwaukee rep was there and told me the big kit wasnít Fuel so it was a lower torque line, so I didnít get it. Anyway I donít know if that sale carries on today but I think it did and they had a bunch of tools still in Logan about 4:00 so you may be able to find one. Also check to see if they have the mud mixer, itís a tank and would drill any size ice auger hole. In fact I might even try my 10Ē Eskimo blade on it if I had the Mud mixer. Maybe something for another year. Good luck if you need one. Later Jeff

Last year I bought the Harbour Freight 1/2 " Bauar drill because they said it had 450 ft. Lbs of tork. But it doesn't work well with my 8" Eskimo. It over heats and trips out. You get what you pay for. I have a new 6" nills that I think it will work good on.

It should work fine with the nils. I used my DeWalt with the Nils 6Ē and was fine, but my 8Ē Laser was too much for it. The Milwaukee doesnít have a problem with the 8Ē. I love that electric drill it makes ice fishing easy. Howís Henryís? Is it all fished out now? Weíre headed up the weekend after next. I know the party is already over up there, but itís still a fun trip. Thatís probably the first week of ice fishing down here this year. I should recalculate on that one. Later Jeff

Hey Jeff, you getting a percentage kick back from all this advertising...ÖÖ..? Wink

Want a really good fillet knife ? made in USA, warranted for as long as you own it, and sharpened for free.
Go on-line to Cutco Cutlery. They definitely are NOT cheap in price or quality. But like you said, you get what you pay for. Not a knife you would want to lose.
I have purchased numerous assorted kitchen knifes from Cutco over the past 10 years. Love them all, and they stay sharp. Have not needed to send any in for sharpening yet. And their kitchen shears cut just about anything.
