Are we still looking at Jan 3rd!?

I did get a little confused about one thing-the Wyoming "stamps" these are for ATV/Snowmobiles right and not fishing licenses?

Thanks for the hotel info Dubob-if it is the weekend of the 3rd I want to call right away and make sure I'll have a cozy bed waiting after some blistering cold fishing.

You have been added. And I think you meant 'fishinphil' for fish'n phill so he is added. However, I couldn't find 'wild bill' or 'the bomb' in the username directory so did not add those usernames.

You and fsh4fun05 are on the "To Go" list. We are up to 37 going for sure plus a few non-BFT members tagging along. Should be a blast.

What happens if there is no safe ice? (Oh great, what did I just do? Blush) The weather lately has me concerned, I hope there is safe ice.

Re: [REPETER] Burbot bash, anyone interested? In reply to
We are shooting for the 10th of Jan but we will not take chances if the ice is too thin. We will move the date later into Jan depending on ice conditions. Fishing stamps can be picked up at the Maverick in Mountain View, the Chevron in Manila and Buckboard marina, they should be available online also. For those of you that feel the need to bring an ATV the 15.00 stickers can be bought at any ATV dealer in Wyoming like Wildwest Motor Sports and K Motor Sports. We are planning on setting up between 2 and 3pm and having a BFT banner with table set up in a spot between the end of the Lost Dog road and the cliffs on the opposite side by the Black Fork branch. I’ll add a map to give everyone a
better idea of the area. When we arrive on the day planned we will be using the list that Dubob has put together and for those of you that don’t want to sign up on that list or haven’t send me a PM, I will not add you to the list of those that are eligible for the free give-aways. No one will be able to come up at the event and get on the list, because I won’t have any way to verify that you are a member.
So even if you’re not sure if you will be there but decide to change your mind later and come you will not be eligible for the drawing. There are benefits to being members of BFT, so sign up soon. Thanks again for all the interest in this event. I’m looking forward to meeting everyone and having a good time on the ice, see you there.

Fishing stamps - Buckboard Marina opens at 8:00. I'd hate to see anyone wait for them to open while everyone else is on the ice. The Utah F & G does not sell the wyoming stamp. LOL

Count me in.

For those of you traveling the Vernal way, I can get you hotel information if you want to stay near Vernal. Because of the oil boom our hotels are pricey! I do have a few connections that will save you some money.

Still no ice at the Gorge. Time for some divine intervention.
