I have still yet to get out this year other than messing around at Lake Roweena before april, and other than a few trout chasing my lure, no luck. Tomorrow I'm headed to a section of Glendale around Killbuck Run that I always have luck at. If any of you guys are interested, get at me. You're more than welcome to come along with just to get out and enjoy the weather. If that fails and its still nice, maybe some crappie fishing at the causeway bridge to entertain the boy. Let me know ASAP if your interested. I'll probably be going around noon tomorrow. And Pike Guy, nice musky... Thats one fish I have still yet to catch.... haha

Well this i gonna be a little late but i was out Saturday morning at glendale and i did not even get a nibble. I was fishing for Pike and Musky but i did not even have a follow. It was suposed to get nice out later in the day but i think it got even colder the longer i was there lol. O well cant get em all the time. The water was 42 and thats not really good. Once the water gets up to around 50 and above it will pick up nicely i think :) Should not take long if wee keep having 70 degree days!!

I never even made it out. My boy got strep throat and killed my plans... Swinger even got a hold of me to get together, but I didnt even get the message until today. my buddies did go out and they said the same exact thing.... They were even using live bait and nothing at all.... They said the lake was high as hell too... Bring on Trout Season!!!!!

Did anyone venture out in the miserable weather on the streams to do any trout fishing?? I went the first day and got an the stream at 6:00 so by 8 my hands were so cold it was hard to put on a minny. Caught maybe 15 and everyother time i been out ive take my kids so they were short trips due to kids falling in and playing in the cold waterCrazy Oh well they r kids!! I will be stocking with the state today at Bens Creek, Howels run, Knoels Creek and the Little Conamaugh coming out of wilmore dam. Stocked Lilly last night with T.A.PFish On

I got out first day to Chest Creek and got 3, but one was a 20 in. rainbow. Didnt stay for too long though. By ten I was back in Ebensburg and went to Lake Roweena. Got 2 there and a small bass... Finally went home around 1 and got cleaned up to take the boy to the circus... haha Was actually worth it. Heading out today with the boy and tomorrow morning. Just have no idea where. Anyone know how the creeks are looking in the area???

the creeks were perfect today but then it rain like crazy so gonna be high again. I actually took my kids to wilmore dam and the crappie bite was on today buddy. Average size was 10in. bigest was 12 in and was gettin hit hard around noon. few more nice days and will be able to find some big ones. If u wanna hit a stream try the upper end of howels run and take the long walk back the quad trail. There are some great holes with lots of fish in them and its not far from ebensburg. tight lines and let me know how it works out for ya if u go to howels runFish On
