Bullet bobbers?
So a while back BFT put something on Facebook regarding getting these guys "on the shelf" at WalMart. Their product is for sale already, but it appears that it is only available from their site. Looks like they have been around for a while, but I can't find much in the way of reviews about them. Has anyone ever used these before? Do they work as advertised? Do you have to have moving water for them to move? I am just talking about the bullet bobbers, not the bigger foam, Dual Fins, they have. Any input would be great. I am thinking of picking some of these up if anyone has some good input on them :)

Thanks as always!

You bet :)
You will have to post up here if you do buy some how you like them. I am very interested to see how they do. If you happen to have to tools to do it, it looks like the guy actually posted some instructions how to make it out of wood as well.
Edit: links to fishing forums are not allowed but I did a copy and paste of the info below

Folks can make there own for personal use in hopes that I will (by some at least) be considered a valued member.
This template is for a small one made from 1/4" thick pine.
Print it to scale and paste it on the board with the grain.
Glue the pieces together and drill the hole.
If you want to make a larger one double the print scale so 2" equals 4" and use 1/2" thick pine.

Would you recommend them then? Are they worth the money, because they are pretty high dollar for bobbers?

I didn't look at all the reviews but I just typed in "bullet bobber reviews" in any search engine and you should get all the info you need.

I looked at those, and I found a few people who made a few comments about them, but for the most part it was a bunch of people like me asking for opinions :)

I trust the guys on this forum's opinions more anyway :)

Looks like they've been around for a while. Intriguing, but not too popular. I'm thinking of giving them a try.

Here's a link to a thread here on BFT that is several years old.

Well, I borrowed my father in laws scroll saw and tried my hand at building a couple. They aint pretty, but I will find out soon enough if they will do what they do. Dont know if mine will work properly because they are not exactly perfect, but I shall see!

I have some bullet bobbers and have used them they work great for me. I love how you can keep your bait out in the middle of the river or bring it back and forth from the bank.

They worked great for me on white bass and catfish last weekend on the Jordan river. Great inventionCool
