Anyone know how to do this right? I can't figure it out.
I want to head back to the Provo outlet and try to successfully hook walleyes with my hook. It's an old school hook 13" in diameter, maybe that's the problem with it. Do I need to buy one of these jointed things or something?
Wouldn't it be a thrill to stick one of these in the tail and have it swim another barb through the tail of another large carp? What a back breaker dragging that load in eh?
From the Utah DWR Fishing Guidebook:
Taking non game fish
To take nonprohibited nongame fish, you may use angling, traps, archery (excluding crossbows), dipnets, cast nets, liftnets, seines or a handheld spear from above the surface of the water. When using these methods, please remember the fol- lowing rules:
Doesn't look to me like snagging is legal, even for carp.
