So is the guy breaking the law by advertising himself as a guide?
Is it actually required to be licensed if you wish to guide? I really am curious to this and don't know. I've heard that anyone can be a guide without any official red tape.
Now I'm not defending this guy at all (what a joke to present yourself in such a way, expecting a positive outcome), but I'm all for less bureaucracy surrounding outdoor recreation and the people who engage in such.
Personally, if someone is willing to pay someone else to show them how to fish, then more power to the guy getting paid.
If it isn't required to go through some prescribed process to become a guide, then what's the beef from "real" guides.
