Willard 5/14/12
Hit Willard this morning with my friend David till about 130 or so. Water temp was about 62 when we got off. Not hot lures or speed today. Fish were picky and not picky at the same time, one of those days. We would put down one color of blade and it would get a fish or two then another blade and the same would happen. Wound up with 12 walleye in the boat with 4-5 others lost, released the largest one and kept some eaters. Oh... And one catfish that decided to release it's bowels all over my bow
. Most of the fish were super super light biting, definitely put my Wally skills to the test today. All fish were caught bottom bouncing at .6 mph to 1.0 mph in 15-16 feet of water.
