did pretty good today. find the right spots and its on. other spots leave you scratching your head. 1 st spot was the big fish and a nice double pic we caught and about 12 to 15 others at and over 2lbs. have a nice little stretch thats been on fire. topwater early and crankbaits and plastics the rest of the day. not too brag but we easily caught over 100 with 30 to 40 keepers. after giving this report i am going to say we got these all at lowell. everyone go to lowell
good job ! you seem to have them figured out. i never had any consistancy at strike. love- hate thing. and now that everyone and there dog fishes there i don't bother , with some nincompoops not knowing how to launch/load /start there boats it's to aggrivating.
I mostly fish strike. We launch from numerous boat ramps and there are nincompoops everywhere. I understand if you are having trouble getting it started with some boats sometimes. But when you take forever to get it loaded then pull up 20 feet to get you boat road ready and have a beer right at the ramp, that is where i have to say something. Maybe there should be some boat ramp rules posted. I sometimes take a while to unload/load my pontoon with the family. I normally back it up and have the family hold it with a rope and pull it out the way so others can do work. NINCOMPOOPS EVERYWHERE!!
ILS, I always thought i did good at strike and most of the time with your posts you out fish me. I catch the numbers but you catch the numbers with the girth beind it. Nice fishin.
If the engineers at St. Croix Rod were professional card sharks, they’d be odds on favorites to win the World Series of Poker. Lady Luck needn’t apply when these guys get together to craft a series of rods, either.
