WaveSpin is back with tangle-free reel holiday special
Light tackle reel features smooth, gutsy drag; specially priced at $39.95

WaveSpin Reels is back with another holiday fishing reel special for last minute shoppers, this year on its DH3000.

The award-winning and heavily praised tangle-free spinning reel that launched the popularity and success of the now seven-year-old U.S. company is being offered as a holiday half-priced special, good through Dec. 24th.

Holiday priced at $39.95 the DH 3000 uses space age technology to produce 31 lbs of smooth multi-disc drag (typically 5 lbs on other reels) ideal for walleye, pike, bass, trout and panfish. It weighs 10 ozs and uses 6 – 10 lb mono or 20 – 40 braid from 155 - 260 yds.

It features a two year warranty. Quantities are limited.

Invented by the late Doug Hannon aka “The Bass Professor” the WaveSpin is one of the reasons Hannon will be inducted into Bass Fishing Hall of Fame in Birmingham, Ala., Feb. 20.

The special for the DH 3000 is available only online at and is not available at Bass Pro, Cabela’s or other retail outlets.

Need a spare tangle-free spool?

For those anglers who like an extra spool in the ready, WaveSpin also is offering a spare spool special for the DH 3000, DH 4000 and DH 5000. The black and chrome reels, normally priced at $29.95 - $34.95, each is now $15.
