commitment to deliver all products in a timely manner. To our dismay, manufacturers often
have out of stock or back ordered items. In the event your order contains an out of stock
item; Bigfishtackle.com will notify you within 24 hours. You may cancel that item or
choose to stay on back order (we will hold back orders for up to 21 days). Thank You for

give away one prize every month by random drawing. No purchase is necessary. You may enter
the contest by submitting your name, and email address.. You may enter the contest as many
times as you wish. Once you have entered the contest, you are eligible for each drawing
made. The prize will be awarded and winner notified by e-mail. Odds of winning will depend
upon the number of eligible entries received. PRIZE VALUE: the prize for each month shall
be selected by BIGFISHTACKLE.COM and shall have differing values
depending on the prize selected. This contest is open only to U.S. residents who are 18
years or older at time of entry. Employees of BIGFISHTACKLE.COM Inc.,
their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate
family members and those living in the same household of each are not eligible. The
contest is void where prohibited by law or otherwise restricted. BIGFISHTACKLE.COM
Inc. is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or prizes. All federal,
state and local taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees are the sole
responsibility of the winner. The drawing winner must reply from the e-mail address that
was submitted before the end of the qualifying month. Non compliance within this time
period may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. The return of any
prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate

substitute any prize for one of equal value and to end the contest at any time. Acceptance
of the prize constitutes permission to Bigfishtackle.com Inc. and its representatives to

ERRORS |

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error
in pricing information received from our suppliers, BIGFISHTACKLE.COM
Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the
incorrect price. BIGFISHTACKLE.COM Inc. shall have the right to refuse or
cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card
charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is
canceled, BIGFISHTACKLE.COM Inc. shall immediately issue a credit
to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
