Have you ever tied a knot pulled the line tight, have it break? Or maybe you set the hook on the fish and it breaks with no force at all. Well one thing I can say, and you have probably heard a million times, wet your line before you tighten the knot. I will tell you this, that little bit of wetness, will keep the line that much stronger for when it's needed. Trust me, you don't want to set the hook on a big bass, and have the line break, and you lose that fish. It's not worth it. Wet your line, and land more fish! God Bless and Good luck!
