Uppy's Special
For those of you who don't know what marron are, check my pics.

300grams to 500grams of marron tails or whatever seafood you like. (prawns, crab or crayfish would be good)
3 small (brand) Pizza bases or whatever you think is a fair deal, make your own if you like
1 small block of Colby cheese.
1 Packet of tuna Mornay mix or make your own white sea food sauce
1 or 2 cups of milk, all depends on how you like the consistency
2 or 3 cloves of garlic
1 or 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Fresh parsley
Pepper & salt to taste

Crush the garlic, finely chop the parsley and mix in with the olive oil for a nice marinade (you can add a little pepper and salt if you like.

Peel/clean your marron (or other seafood) and coat with the olive oil, garlic and chopped parsley, marinate overnight or at least for a couple of hours in a sealed container.

Add 1 to 2 cups of milk into a saucepan

Heat the milk up (do not boil) and whisk in some of the tuna mornay packet mix until the consistency is not too thick and not too runny.

Add some grated cheese & stir it in.

Throw in your Marron or seafood.

Give it a good stir and take off the heat.

Use some of the sauce without too many chunks of the marron (or seafood) to spread over the pizza base.

Lightly grate some Colby cheese over it.

Put however much of your marron (or seafood) sauce you want on your pizza and lightly grate a bit more Colby cheese over the top .

Shes ready to cook mate!

Pre heat the oven to 200degrees C
Cook for about 15 minutes keeping an eye on it
Take the pizza out of the oven and crank up the griller
Brown the top of the pizza, cut into sections and it is ready to feed to the gorillas
Enjoy, compliments of Uppy
