exactly! when im not walking mile after mile, i remove the hydro pack from my vest and stuff a rain jacket in the sleeve

thank you.. that makes sense .. makes it so that you dont lose all the storage of the pack.. I can see using it on that small stream in TN that I get to fish in the summer.. Im talking several hours on the water.. some shore walking.. in the heat of a southern summer.. :-)

Mac, my Orvis back pack has the Hydration in it and as mentioned, has its own padded pocket. It is actually insulated to keep stuff cool.

I will have to take some pictures of this Orvis pack I have as it was not around long due to the straps being too short for a grown man.....works great for me.

well this pack has room for a 100 oz hydration pack.. so that is just under 10 beers.. put 9 in and drink the 10 as a reward for all that hard work... LOL>.

fishpond travel bag, kinda cool. id get one but i had one custom made when i was in south korea that is amazing

Yea and I have two Orvis (his and hers) Plus a little bigger bag for hair drier and dog dishes.

He loves the warmth though. He lays on a heat pad all day.

two questions on this type of shoe..

are korkers brand that bad??

two.. can a pair of "shoes" of that style (not neccessarily Korkers" be used and be comfortable in waders??

Korkers are a love hate deal. They were some of the first to come out with convertible soles. They off course have had there share of problems with this.

The ones for sale are more for wet wading. Shorts. Nice toe guard.

cool two hander... not sure where i would use it around here though
