Fishing

Don't suppose anyone here has been fishing at Bruneau Dunes in the past few days and would care to share experiences? I'm taking my 1.5 yr old boy and 3.5 yr old daughter down this weekend, mostly to play in the sand. I'm wonder if the pan fish are starting to get active at all yet? Or if it's still too cold.

Daughter and I camped down there about a month ago, during opening weekend of the observatory. She and I tried fishing but no luck...it was just too cold yet. She's a real trooper, though, and I've definitely sparked the interest -- she asks me quite often when we're gonna go fishing.

The unsettled weather lately has slowed everythig down around here. With the warm weather this week it would definitley be worth trying. Good luck and post pics. Nothing better than the smile on a little one with a fish they caught.
