Fishing

We'er heading to the Gorge on Saturday for 2 weeks and have Burbot on the bucket list...
Any insight for this time of year. We're starting off at Manila for a couple of days targeting the Kokanee and then planning on hitting the Anvil/Buckboard area... for a week or so but am pretty flexible at the moment.

Any one willing to share where and what to use?

I think I'm addicted to Koke...

Bump.... any ideas for the Burbot? I guess I TRY glow tubes and chubs...

Everything that I have head is that they still fish for them the same way it's just a matter of finding where they are which is something that I have no knowldge of. You may ask over on the BFT Wyoming Forum and maybe you will get a better responce over there.

So some people seem really bright until you hear them talk.

Not as many people target the burbot this time of the year but the method is the same as winter. Like you said,glow jigs tipped with sucker or chub will work. Rocky points after dark or you might catch them in deeper water, in the evening. Hey Scott, what ever happened to that report on that walleye area you fished in Idaho a while back? Did I miss it?
