I was thinking the same thing, and where it was set out turkeys do pass though, so I grabbed the hunting guide for my state to look at the regs to see if I could get in a day or two of bird calling and saw we cant use them. not even for bow hunting turkeys.
Bow hunters can hunt from out of a tree stand but thats it...
to bad there aint no wild pigs out there, I think I can hunt them from in there...
the nearest reported boar is about 15 miles away. there is a pig farm about 5 miles down the road, but I dont think the farmer would let me set the stand up next to his wallar...
I live in town in the burbs of detroit michigan, I have to take a hike to get a shot off in any direction.

Used to be I could hunt out my back window. I was in one of 5 houses in a square mile, now in that same square mile I am one of 800 houses.
