Nebraskans have a chance to introduce themselves to outdoor pursuits for free later this month. What they discover could stay with them the rest of their lives. The annual Free Fishing and Park Entry Day is May 16. No fishing license is required to fish in Nebraska and no park entry permit is needed to enter any Nebraska state park, state recreation area or state historical park.
