A Tale Of Two Bass Fishermen
"It was the best of times, it was the worst of times". Sound familiar? Well, this story has a little of both to be told. I could not tell the story of how I caught a 65 pound striped bass without there being a moral or a few lessons attached. That would be too much like bragging! General Regulations for Fish Management Areas: 1. Refer to Fishing License Fees for exemptions. 2. The possession of fishing tackle is prohibited on any Fish Management Area that is closed to fishing.
