American Falls/Fort Hall - Tgunn10 - 06-12-2019

The wife and I are heading up to American falls/fort hall for a weekend to get away from the kids and to do some fishing together. I have never been up there before. I prefer fly fishing in the rivers, but we just want to have a good time and catch some fish. Is there any good spots around there to do some shore/wading fishing. I also some pontoons we could take up there. I would appreciate any help, thank you.

Sportsman's park in Aberdeen would be a good place for pontoons and the park across the dam looks like it'd be good for shore fishing.

Fished the reservoir from a boat last week for trout..when the wind was up we did good...when it was calm, not a strike.
We stayed at Seagull Bay and saw lots of nice bass caught from shore.
Hope that helps.

Below the af dam is good for trout and bass from a pontoon, seagull bay has bass and trout could also use the pontoon. It will be busy this weekend.
