South Fork of the Clearwater Steelhead Fishing Info Request - Biigfish33 - 02-02-2021
Hi All,
My buddy and I are looking to make a trip to the SF of the Clearwater in a few weeks. Our plan is to fish adjacent to Grangeville down to Kooskia. Not looking for any specific spots, but just curious about access as well as areas to camp, as it looks like a lot of private land. How far up the system will the fish be by the second half of February? We are planning to bring his camp trailer and will be fishing from the bank/wading, primarily fly fishing. I generally fish the salmon, but want to try something new. Any information is greatly appreciated, feel free to message me if you prefer.
