Barn Island launch - gdn443 - 06-03-2004
DEP reports that the Barn Island launch will be closed until July for renovation. Great Island launch is damaged from the past winter storms and you may find it hard to launch during low tide.No word on fixing it yet.[ Bet if it was Bantom Lake it would have been fixed for free.][

i took aride out there last weekend,their almost done with the repairs,boaters will be suprised with the improvements,2 docks(only 1 was done when i was there)also dredged out the channel,and boat launch,so oyou don't have to back into thewater as far.

Hey Tom, It's good to see our tax money spent on these projects. I wished they would fix the ranp at Quinnapaug. I think thats where I bent the axle on the trailer last year.Thanks for the report.
