River Valley Bait said the river level is normal, but the river clarity is less than perfect. Bream and redear fishing is good on red worms, night crawlers, crickets and top-water poppers. Crappie fishing is slow. Bass are fair on spinner baits, top-water lures and minnows. Catfish are good on just about anything.
