I thought I wouldn't make it for two months without a sculpin sandwich. The fish and game guru confirmed with me via a phone call that the sculpin can be taken beginning tomorrow Jan 1. Also sheephead re-opens. Sculpin have to be 10 inches and you can keep 5. Sheephead need to be 12 inches and you can keep 5. A 10 inch sculpin is truly a baby. On our boat we have a private thing, we start measuring at 12 inches and I wouldn't ever keep a sheephead under 5 pounds. Throw em back for our grand kids to catch. PS you cannot fish in water over 120 feet until July 1st. [signature] |
