The Fall feeding frenzy starts - katfish - 10-01-2007 As the water cools the flathead will intensify feeding to prepare for winter. I plan on extra trips to take advantage of the good fishing. The air temperature may be a little brisk but big fish warm me up! It may be chilly, but it is definitly worth it. Some of the best catching, and the best fish, can be had in the fall.
