I have never heard of the "Quinapoxet." I found this on wikipedia: "The Quinapoxet River is part of the Nashua River watershed. It is part of the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority" If this is it my suggestion would be to post your query to the Massachusetts state board. Here is a link...
