Love to Fish Bass in MT - MT-Kowgirl - 06-12-2003
I live on a private lake where the record Bass cam out of a couple of years ago. Caught a 3 lb. beauty yesterday. What a meal! I use sinking rapala's, poppers and spoons trailed with pork.

The bass was 17 inches long and 5 inches in the girth.

[#ff0000]I grew up in the western half of Mont. and had trouble finding a skittish bluegill! Sure had a blast on the rivers and in the wilderness areas. Sure hope more folks get on board up in the Big Sky Country. Would love to hear how the old stomping grounds are! [/#ff0000]

[cool] I am having a ball chasing fish and the game as well. Plenty of that everywhere on the East side of the divide. Spent 20+ years in Great Falls and what a waste that was! Too much wind and so little fish! Great to meet other fellow Montanans on here. Have a great day!
