Public (bank) fishing around Sumter - Ceezer - 03-02-2010
Short of heading out to the state parks and fishing at Manchester, does anyone know if any public access around Sumter where my 9 year old daughter and I can fish from the bank? The only place we know of (after hours of scouring the DNR/wildlife sites, Google searches & fishing forums) is Ashwood Lake out on 15 near Bishopville, but our experience there has not been too good.
I've tried stopping at houses to inquire about ponds in the area, but nobody will answer their door...
Does anyone happen to know if Ardis Pond in Dalzell is public?
