Best Jordanelle Fishing Guide - berryhunter - 05-01-2011

Gentleman and ladies, Can you tell me who is the best outfit to hire for an all day guided tour for Jordanelle smallmouth and what is the best time of year to book it?

Dunno if bassrods guides or not but he'd be my #1 choice.

This was a couple of years ago, but there was a licensed and State parks approved Jordanelle guide that did such trips. (and no it wasn't Bassrods)

Give the Hailstone office a call and they may be able to help you if that guy is still doing it. The number is (435) 649-9540.

As for what time of year, the mighty Jordanelle is good all summer, into early fall, you just have to vary your tactics, depending on when you go up.

To heck with smallmouth, give Utcatman a call and see if he'll put you on some of those nice browns!
