I got to disagree with that I'm no guide but have taught a few kids & adults over the years and I find just the opposite maybe its the lack of knowing what a bite feels like but I when they see the strike indicator go under they have a better idea of when to set the hook.
Everyone entitled to there opinion but I got to say those thinggamabobbers freaking rock
