Just curious the last time you were at willard, was the water level coming up from where it was last fall. I am hoping with this winter, we can get at least a couple of days on boats on Willard.

If you look at the numbers concerning the area that feeds willard, then consider that this time last year the marina had water in it, enough to launch a boat, then consider that this year it is dry to date, it doesnt look good.

We all have hopes and wishes, but there are the numbers, And they include this last storm.

Willard is looking at another short, hard season. Factor in that the irrigation demand is again going to be high thei spring and summer, and with extreme low water to begin with, and just under AVERAGE snow totals, and water totals, in the mountains waiting to come down, it doesnt look good.
