Hey there guys,
Took the 3/4 day open-party boat Premier on the 9th and went for both the swrf (Palo Verde coast) and the deep water rock fish (off Rocky Point). I got a 7 pound cabezon on the trip a week before but I only got a 3-4 pounder this week. As usual his or her mouth was just about as wide a the body length.
Caught the usual short lings, cabezon, sheephead, reds, salmon grouper, a few sand dabs and assorted small rock fish. Had good weather, clean water, good current!
