Monday,08/08/05- Hit the water at about 6:00 am. Arrived near the opening to Las Vegas Wash to find several boats in formation with everybody jigging. I joined the fleet and started jigging also. Several fish were landed by different anglers. Soon the action played out and the boats started heading in different directions looking for better pickings. No hot boil action to chase. The wind kicked up making the ride back to the marina rough and wet. Ended up with five small stripers in the box. A nice cloudy day to be on the water.
