2008 Salmon Closure?

Hello, All!

I am a Utah resident and angler, but would like to know some info about this year's salmon closure for commercial fishing. Will this affect the Charter Services or any other bodies of water in Oregon? Or is it just for the Ocean and Bays for commercial fishermen, and not recreactional or sport fisherman. Thanks for your input.

I don't know for sure, but I think it is just for commercial fishermen. In Washington at least, there is still 2008 salmon fishing.
