what is the best color for dingy water its more stained to murky water also its been reaining for 2 days but its been sprinkleing and sometimes its hard the pond is uo about a foot now

It really depends on the how bass are feeding. If the water has gone up they might be feeding near shore which can be tough this time of year with a crankbait.
Typically, dark water=dark colors but there is always an exception to the rule. Rattletraps or other cranks that make noise help in dirty water.

In what water I do fish thats stained, I've had luck with a bleeding shad color with rattles..

i there are minnowa crawdads and sunfish (if you count sunfish)

I like throwing chartreuse colors in spinner baits and crank baits. But I also like a natural color darker than the water I am fishing if its stained. unless the fish are naturally lighter in color than usual then I'll try using white and variations of whites.
