I know that I am a strong opinionated person, and I have a strong opinion about cigarettes so I won't say it. However, I do feel that if you can throw a cigarette on the ground, you can throw just about anything on the ground. If they let you get away with cagarettes, what's next? They have to put their foot down somewhere. I say, however, if you're worried about the cost of the fine, take a gander at the amount you spend on cigarettes each year. I bet you could buy a car with that kind of money. The cigarette producers are marketing geniouses, but they ruing people's lives to get their gratification.
