spinning outfit using flies

[fishin] i am new to idaho, i think using a med-heavy spinning outfit, in coeur d alene lake, with 4' flies, a speciality company makes here in cda, should be fine for deep-water lake fishing, anybody have aideas on that, fran, coeur d alene,idaho, the flies have a trailing hook (2/0)
