Hit both Renegade (at first light) and Chicken Cr. East (Jake's Bay) today in my tube - no spectacular reports. Just a couple of small rainbows at Renegade. I never saw another fish caught at either place. I was off the water by noon since the wind was kicking up at Jake's and the dark clouds were starting to pull together. The weeds and moss are coming up fast in the shallows.
As you would expect, there were quite a few folks in the popular spots all around the lake - anybody have a success story or any other experience at the 'Berry today? Let's hear 'em.
