[li]Minimum age: 12 [li]Residents and nonresidents may apply. However, the elk license may not be purchased by any nonresidents who are selected in the drawing (under current Michigan statute). [li]Successful applicants may apply without restriction for future Pure Michigan Hunt drawings (no ineligibility period). [li]Applying for or purchasing Pure Michigan Hunt licenses does not affect hunter eligibility to apply for or purchase regular hunting licenses in the same license year. [li]Individuals who are not eligible to apply for the regular elk drawing because of previous drawing success are fully eligible to apply for the Pure Michigan Hunt drawing and may obtain an elk license if selected. [li]Individuals under a court-ordered license revocation are not eligible to apply. [/li]

do the winners have to buy the license for each season or do they get them as a gift from the paid drawing?

so now they bring cambling in to buying a hunting license.

its one thing to enter one time for a spicific area and to be lotted in along with every one else who wants the hunt, but now how do I know it isnt the highest bidder who gets the hunt?

I do see oppertunity for a positive outcome of this program, but I see equaly amount of oppertunity for shady opperations as well,

so from what I can see, I personaly dont like it, but I am sure there is some millionare hunter out there who sees it as being fair game....[pirate]
