[cool]Went to 33 hole after work and was glad to see that wind wasn't as bad as in town. Launched the floattube and went across to Govt' wash to hit the shoreline. Got no love for LMB along the flooded brush but hit a small school of small stripers on a sunken island that had a few sticks above the water. I caught four fish within an hour of working the sticks. I kept only one, the biggest, that was 1.5lbs. Got them all on a beetle spin lure. Tried bait for alittle while with no luck and some other shoreline to the west also for no luck. Called it a day about 4pm when the wind started in earnest. Still waiting for the topwater to happen.
