Got out again today looking for better fish for tomorrows tournament and finally hooked my pb on Loudon. This mornings top water bite was on and had 6 fish with 4 keepers on our first stop including a 5.8lbs lm. Top water fish came on a XR Jimmy. Later in the day started targeting similar areas as yesterday, rip rap banks on main channel and half way back in the creek channel coves and had the same results. A few better males were taken on the shakey head today and ended up with best five a tad over 16 lbs. The fishing up here still isn't great because the big fish are hard to come by and they are still scattered. All I can hope for is to get lucky again and hook a good one in the morning. The way the moon and weather are looking it's really seeming like there could be some really big bags weighed in at the FLW Tour stop here next week. Good luck back home this weekend guys.
