Oh no don’t get me started guys. The whole reason they denied anglers the opportunity to fish “the wash” is because the water is not safe for human contact. NDOW obliviously made this rule just in case somebody consumes a fish and gets sick.
Rules like this are pointless people are going to do what they want regardless. Honestly I think the wardens are too lazy to go in there to write a simple ticket. Its way to vegetated and someone could easily hide in there.
I say fish at your own risk. Just my two cents.
