a US citizen tempts fate at niagra falls
his plans to over come a streek of bad luck by jumping over the falls has brough on even more bad luck.
he jumped over the edge of niagra falls with out any devices, no barrols, no containers no padding of any kind.
and wouldnt ya know it, he is now going to enter the guenis book of worlds records for being the first man to go over niagra falls with out a safety device.
here is were the bad luck sets in. not only did he go over the edge he swims back up and crawl on to a rock then shortly there after is arrested by canadian police and the vidio tape was conficated by canadian police. he suffered no broken bones and was hancuffed and walk off to jail under his own power. he faces a $10,000 dollar fine for exicuting an exibition with out a permit.
